This afternoon we are going for a little walk. And because we do not want to drive too far, we go to Lane Cove National Park. We walk alongside Lane Cove River and past mangroves. It is a nice walk until we arrive at rocky banks that you have to cross by holding onto iron spikes. With Fleur and Daan with us that will not be a good idea. So we turn around here and take almost the same way back. On the way we see some beautiful Golden Orb Weavers (spiders) and a big beetle. It was a nice walk and you really feel you are in nature while you are very close to a big city.
